Michael is a seasoned building services engineer with 17 years of experience in the Sydney construction market.  He excels in managing complex  projects and problem solving. His roles working for multiple primary contractors has given Michael vital exposure to utility management. With a reputation for being proactive and an effective communicator, Michael consistently delivers results, getting things done effectively and efficiently.

Neal is a Degree Qualified Building Services & Sustainable Energy Engineer with 14 years of industry experience on both the European & Australian Circuit. Neal has extensive experience in delivering utilities infrastructure as a principal contractor. As the Co-Founder of Utilities On Track Neal brings a first principals approach to navigating both the every day and more complex utilities infrastructure that we encounter when constructing todays places of residence, play, learning, work & 

leisure.
